David Holmes, Founder. 

Mr. Holmes is a serial entrepreneur with experience across finance, operations and branding. Dave's professional history includes founding of several companies including SpikedSeltzer (sold to Anheuser Busch).  Prior to SpikedSeltzer, Dave managed a $600mln Special Situations and Distressed fund for Citigroup. Dave has adopted the US Virgin Islands as his home. 

 

Haydn Mitchell, Founder.

Mr. Mitchell is a life-long Virgin Islander.  He holds a Bachelors in Chemistry from California Polytechnic University and Masters in Chemistry from Dartmouth College, with two patents and several academic publications. 

 

Peter Hendricks, PhD, (Founder, Chief Scientific Officer).

Dr. Hendricks is faculty at the Medical School at University of Alabama at Birmingham. He was awarded the first federal grant for psychedelic research in over 50 years. Dr. Hendricks has 10 years of experience researching psychedelics, holds a DEA import and export license for psychedelic substances, currently oversees 5 clinical trials on psychedelics, and recently presented to the Congressional PATH Caucus on September 19th, 2023.

 

Deirdre West-Roy, Founder.

Mrs. West-Roy is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Massachusetts, Alabama, and the

territory of the Virgin Islands.  She has been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years

and in the Virgin Islands for the past 7 years.  She received her master’s degree in clinical social work from Boston University and holds certificates from the Benson Henry Mind Body Institute, the National Institute for Whole Health, the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy and an additional certificate in Nutritional Psychology.  Deirdre is the owner of Mindful Wellness VI, a local mental health and wellness practice, serving the population of St Thomas, St Croix, and St John.  

 

Cletis Clendinen, Founder. 

Mr. Clendinen recently served as the District Director for USVI Representative Stacey Plaskett, and is deeply involved in economic development in the Territory. Mr. Clendinen brings his experience to the team to assist with government relations, facility operations, business management, and cultivation.
